Authorization number, with the subject of your e-mail as Return or Exchange
with your order number.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and
exchanges.
How long do I have to return or exchange
an item?
We accept returns or
exchanged for unworn jewelry within 15 days of delivery.
How can I exchange an item?
If you are interested
in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will
be issued a refund minus the shipping charge. You can then place a new
order or a secure invoice can be e-mailed to you. We do not cover the shipping
cost for domestic and international exchanges.
Can I drop off an item in person for a
return or exchange?
Sorry, we are not
accepting drop-offs for any returns or exchanges at this time.
How long does it take to receive my
refund?
All refunds will be
processed minus the shipping charge within 1-3 days of receipt at our studio.
We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Fishbone design.
What items are Final Sale?
All items marked
final sale within the body of the copy or items purchased during special
promotional events cannot be returned.
Can I return an item from the Fishbone
design Fine Collection?
All 10k,14k 18k, may
be returned for store credit. No refunds are eligible for fine jewelry.
Can I return an item that is on
sale?
No, we don’t exchange-refund products that was on sale
